I recently took a trip to IKEA, and yes it was a trip since the nearest one for me is quite the drive, and found this tablecloth.

Whenever I go to IKEA I have only a few items on my mental list yet I walk out with so much more. I went in for some fall related things but mainly kitchen containers and whatnot. This tablecloth wasn’t on my list but this checkered pattern is perfect for any season. I had to cut about 14 inches off of it to fit my small table but I loved the look. The only downside is that it is extremely scratchy and itchy. So now I’m sad for that but I’ll keep it and just make sure not to touch it much.

The good thing about having to cut some of the tablecloth is that I now have some cute fabric for future projects!
